Recommend dowloading Viewranger map of headland (free). Start at visitors center served by 101/102 bus. Opposite side of road pick up Athrodites trail walk. Continue until path splits (signed left to chapel, right to sea caves). Take left, join road/track, head down hill.Branch off right to headland, several benched. Nature trail sign at start of walk. Continue on path round headland. Bear right when opens out. Eventually picking up track to visitors center.
