Turn-by-turn directions
From Katschberg tourist information, follow trail no. 20 through the hotel village, passing through the tunnel at Restaurant Stamperl, then continue uphill, always keeping to the road (2nd tunnel), passing Gasthof Bacher. This road becomes a forest trail that leads through the forest to the managed Pritzhütte in the wonderful Gontal nature reserve. You can return via the same route or you can reserve a horse-drawn carriage in advance for the return journey.
