Great hike in beautiful scenery. Here you get a nice view of Hemsedal and the mountains. It is at first an easy hike but has a steep climb to get to the top.
This hike can be combined with a hike over the outlet of the waterfall Hydnefossen or to the Top 20 peak Veslehødn.
Hydnefossen is the highest waterfall in Buskerud and has a vertical drop of 140 m.
There are many great resting places and places for the kids to play around in the area. Remember to take good care of the children at Hydnefossen and Hydnekjaften, it is a very steep area.
Remember that we in Hemsedal have a leash requirement for dogs in the period 1 April to 31 October.
