Stoppani Park extends on the lower western slope of Monte Castion, which is also the eastern slope of the Valle dei Laghi. The park is set in a beautiful natural environment of cedar and Pinot Noir, with an average altitude of 450 metres. The path begins near Vezzano. It has a total length of 3.5 km with 230 km of elevation gain; in total the hike takes 1.30 hours, of course it takes a little longer if you stop to play. There are numerous glacier huts or outlets for the giants (about 20). Among the most interesting: the Bus de la Maria Mata or Pozzo Stoppani, this cave is very pronounced and eye-catching, the San Valentino glacier pits have a classic small cave shape, the Lusan caves have the typical rounded shape of the glacier outlets and smooth slopes due to the rubbing of the pebbles.
