The forest wellbeing trail invites you to escape from everyday life and let your soul dangle. Feel the special closeness to nature on the three "forest islands" in every season.

Enjoy the diversity of nature on the forest wellbeing trail! The trail leads you into the unique landscape of the Volcanic Eifel around Lutzerath. A circular trail on which the hiker can feel good all around and at the same time bathe in the forest. Three "forest islands", equipped with cosy forest sofas, benches and hammocks, remind you to enjoy being outside and to feel at one with nature. The path starts at the 3-Eichenhütte and leads you to the forest island BuchenGlück. From there you have an unobstructed view of the green beech forest. Relax in the hammock and watch the passing clouds through the light treetops. Afterwards, take in the different smells of the forest in the forest island Waldduft, depending on the weather. Stop inside for a moment and enjoy the aromas of nature. At the end of the hike, the forest island Traumtal invites you to linger in the peaceful rushing valley of the Üßbach.

The hike is sufficiently signposted according to the logo of the forest wellbeing trail (Waldwohlfühlweg).
