Starting and ending near the Nova Scotia pub, this route takes you under the Clifton Bridge, up through Leigh Woods, through Ashton Court, Lower Ashton and returning to the start.
A circular route that takes you along the river path and under the Clifton Suspension bridge on the River Path towards Pill. After approximately 2.32 miles from under the bridge along the river path you will see a path taking you into Leigh Woods. Then up through the Woods, past Leigh Court Farm, cross the A369 into Sandy Lane to Abbots Pool. From here take the footpath to the top of Ashton Court. Walk down through Ashton Court past the Manor House to Kennel Lodge Road. Cross Clanage Road by the lights and take the path behind the Cricket Ground which will then take you back to the start.
ParkingThere is plenty of parking either in the car park opposite the Nova Scotia pub or on street parking (with charges except Sundays) all around the Cumberland Basin.
