南丫島安靜祥寧，吸引了許多年輕一輩和居港外藉人士到榕樹灣一帶聚居，大街上也開設不少西式餐廳和酒館，瀰漫著一種異國浪漫風情。除了各國美食雲集外，沿著榕樹灣道走，一路上都是精緻的小店鋪，有賣手工藝品的、有賣綠色生活用品，似乎這兒的人都在乎生活質素和品味。
