A 076/V2- From Arta Terme to Tolmezzo

Follow trail no. 157 up to Fielis. Here along the path no. 157a continue to the parish of San Pietro di Carnia (749 m), from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the But valley and the mountains of eastern Carnia, and descend into the gorge of the Rio Bueda. Walking on a beautiful stone bridge cross the stream. The path 162, passing near to a cemetery, leads south to Sezza (648 m). Continue until Cazzaso (675 m) and following the 'Sentiero della Pace' path proceed until Casanova (348 m). In Caneva, finally, cross the stream But reaching Tolmezzo, the capital of Carnia.
