A 076 - From Ovaro to Tolmezzo

Starting from Ovaro along an easy trail (no. 157) you will reach the Arvenutis hut (1,516 m). Make a detour to the north, turning around Mount Arvenis and walk up to Meleit hut. Walking from Dauda hut (1,413 m) the trail 157 leads east to Fielis (820 m). Here continue along the trail no. 157a to the parish of San Pietro di Carnia (749 m), from where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the valley and the mountains of eastern But Carnia, and descend into the gorge of Rio Bueda.
