Hiking route through the forests of Collserola with views of the city of Barcelona and stops at various points of interest.
Distance 9.5 km
Although it may seem impossible, the city of Barcelona has lush natural spaces just waiting to be discovered. The forests of the Sierra de Collserola are located at an altitude of around 500 m and not only offer fantastic views of the metropolis with the sea in the background, but are also accessible by public transport. This hike, perfect for a morning or afternoon of outdoor activity, takes advantage of the city's infrastructure and makes the most of the nature just around the corner. The route runs mostly along wooded trails that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city at your feet.
It's worth taking a detour off the route to have a look at the Tibidabo square. The views are spectacular!
