A walk following the path of Medieval pilgrims and traders. The route avoided sailing around Land's End.
The walk starts at the ancient port of Lelant (now silted up) and ends at St Michael's Mount, although many finish the walk in Marazion. The walk follows the offical route and has an optional diversion up to the top of Trencrom Hill where there are magnificent 360 degree views - including St Michael's Mount. If you do not want to take the diversion, just follow the St. Michael's Way signs around the foot of Trencrom Hill. To complete the walk you will need to cross the causeway to St. Michael's Mount. Therefore, suggest you check the tide times to ensure you arrive at Marazion at low tide. Should this not be the case there is a boat to complete the journey to St Michael's Mount.
