The cross-country ski trails in the Diemtigtal lead you through forests, along icy mountain streams and over snow-covered mats on 22 kilometres of classic and skating trails.

The circular route between Grimmialp and Zwischenflüh offers various starting points. So you can put together your own individual tour as you wish. The Diemtigtal cross-country trails lead you along mountain streams, through snow-covered forests and across untouched meadows and let you glide weightlessly and rhythmically through the snow.
The Wiriehorn trail leads through gentle slopes and across the flat valley floor.

Turn-by-turn directions
The circuit starts at the Wiriehorn holiday centre (Allmiried) and leads via Enetchirel down to the valley road. The first road crossing is necessary at the water bridge. On the valley floor, the trail continues to the Anger cattle showground and requires further road and stream crossings. After a short ascent, you reach the turning point of the tour in Staldenmaad. Partly on additional loops, you glide back to the starting point. Follow the tracked trail and the turquoise signposting.

By train to Oey-Diemtigen station (Spiez-Zweisimmen line). Continue by post bus to the stop "Zwischenflüh, Riedli Talstation". Walk for 20 minutes along the hiking trail or the road.Alternatively, the post bus stops four times a day at "Zwischenflüh, Allmiried (Diemtigtal sports hall)". From here you can reach the holiday centre by a short walk.
Getting there
Motorway A6 Bern direction Zweisimmen, 1 km after the Simmenfluhtunnel turn left direction Diemtigtal. Follow the Diemtigtal road for 11 km. Just before the Riedli valley station, turn left towards "Ferienzentrum Wiriehorn". Parking and restaurant are signposted.Parking
Free parking is available directly at the holiday centre. Alternatively, paid parking is available at the valley station of the Wiriehorn cable car.Coordinates
