Richard Bointon A medium route suitable for road bikes. A couple of long ascents but worth it for the views. Very little traffic but a couple of hazardous crossings of the A38 at Castle motors and at Heskyn Mill.

A very beautiful ride with magnificent views. Very little traffic and good roads (although some have grass down the middle). Combination of contour following at height with a lovely ride along a quiet river valley. A couple of steep hills to climb but just enough to get the pulse going. We are both 60 years old so anyone can do this.
