The winding cycling route runs along the ridges and the waterways sway on both sides of the route, which dives from time to time towards the waterline just to clim up again. On this stage, you will cycle in the middle of a nationally significant peasant cultural environment in the area of the Pien-Toijola open-air museum.
Visit the valuable rocky area of Tollonvuori, whose southern cliff forms the Geopark destination. The features of the area are dominated by two diagonally intersecting fractures, which are seen in the terrain as narrow valleys, and chop the landscape into a line of steep rocky hills. From here, the journey continues to Hurissalo, where you can enjoy a coffee in the famous village shop Sale.
A relaxed ferry ride on Norppa ferry through the scenery of Lietvesi lake takes 40-60 minutes. Nestorinranta's famous pancake kiosk and the next accommodation await you on the opposite shore. In the surroundings of Nestorinranta you will find plenty of interesting things to do.
