Easy Gravel Bike round tour with views over the Saanenland and the Gstaad mountains.
From Gstaad the first section of this route leads via Saanen into the "Chalberhöni Valley". The route continues to climb up to Alp Eggli. From here the descent begins along the gravel road "Hindereggliweg" and Tschaanereweg". At the next turn-off to the asphalt road, turn sharp left and follow the "Flüemadstrasse" and "Meielsgrundstrasse" down to Grund in zig-zag. The route continues on the "Bodenstrasse" back to Gstaad.
The route is very easy to drive in both directions.
Treat yourself to a piece of cheese on the Alp Eggli. The Restaurant Waldmatte invites you to a cosy break with various delicacies.

Getting thereThe Destination Gstaad is located in the south-west of Switzerland right on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The Destination is easily accessed by rail or car from the regions around Lake Thun and Lake Geneva and the Gruyere region Direct connections to the European high-speed rail network and all international airports in Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and pleasant journey.
