Dokkfløyvatn west goes from Synnfjellporten - Spåtind Sport Hotel - Dokkfløyvatn - Synnfjellporten, a round trip of 32km. The route goes along Lake Dokkfløyvatn, a regulated reservoir with a height difference of 65m between the highest and the lowest regulated water levels. There have been many archaeological discoveries made in the area, especially from the Iron Age.

Take fv250 from Lillehammer, before taking the exit onto Skartlivegen. From Dokka take fv250 before taking the exit on the left to Nord-torpvegen. Follow Nord-torpvegen before finally taking a exit on the right onto Synnfjellvegen.
