Starting from Portsmouth Eastern Road, The first Hill is through Farlington then over the back of Portsdown Hill to denmead.
Continue up to Hambeldon then round to Clanfield, there is the next big hill over the old HMS Mercury road.
Sweeping down to East Meon then on to West Meon, swing back round then up to the top of Old Winchester Hill, these are the quiet roads, but watch out for traffic on these very narrow roads.
winding on to Soberton and then across to Bishops Waltham, before heading down to Wickham on the busy road.
Follow the signs for Southwick to bring you back to the bottom of the back of Portsdown hill, before turning right to go up the steepest accent of the Hill. Just what you need at the end of the ride.
Cut across the top of the hill then down past QA Hospital and follow road to Hilsea.
Finally turn down toward Hilsea train station and follow raod to Eastern road where you reach the end
