Starting from Reuland Castle, Lengeler tunnel will bring you straight into Luxembourg. An appealing educational bat trail has been set up on the Luxembourg side of the tunnel.

Distance 17.6 km
Behind Reuland Castle you will approach the second tunnel near Lengeler. Unfortunately, this passage through the tunnel remains blocked off. Several rare and protected species of bat have made the tunnel their refuge. For some 100-150 metres, the tunnel bypass has gradients of up to 10%. But it is definitely worth cycling towards the tunnel on the Luxembourg side where a wonderful didactic nature trail has been created, providing comprehensive information on the subject of bats. Just a short time later you reach your destination at the railway station in Troisvierges.
Author’s recommendation
It is definitely worth cycling towards the bat-tunne.
