北京丰台区内的一条适合休闲时举行的骑行路线。路线中会路过/经过的两个亮点是千灵山景区和云岗森林公园。

路线从起点开始沿着园博园南路、长兴路和沙羊路一路骑行前往千灵山。在一开始的一段路程上在道路两旁有着商铺和其他建筑，可以看到北京市的繁华。之后的前往沙羊路的一段路程陪伴在道路两旁的是非常多的绿化和花草，与之前的都市样貌相比又有另一种风味。在之后沿着道路骑行便会来到亮点之一的千灵山风景区。可在这小小休息一番，喝点水吃点东西补充一点体力后继续骑行。等休息完毕后开始回程，首先沿着原路返回骑行至沙锅村，之后沿着道路继续往前骑行的话便会经过云岗森林公园了。如果不在这里停下参观的话那么继续往前骑行便会回到长兴路上，这时只需沿着与去程时同样的道路骑行便可到达终点。
