On the Neckar Valley Cycle Route
In the Schwenninger Moos near Villingen-Schwenningen, one of the most important rivers in Baden-Württemberg rises – the Neckar. A beautiful cycle path runs along its banks, along which we can leisurely explore the rivers and castles, forests, meadows and vineyards. The almost 370 km are divided into 18 stages, each between 20 and 30 km long. Of course, the individual stages can also be combined with one another. The paths are mostly asphalted, in part our route also runs along forest paths. There are hardly any ascents to overcome, even if you do the tour in the opposite direction. This makes the tour particularly suitable for leisure cyclists and families with children. A beautiful natural landscape and a wide range of cultural attractions along the route round off the experience.
