Ev. Kirche Kirnbach
Die Talgemeinde Kirnbach wurde erst 1275 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Es ist jedoch sicher, dass das Tal bereits früher besiedelt wurde, denn in eben diesem Jahr war es bereits mit seiner Steinkirche urkundlich als Dekanatssitz ausgewiesen.
Als die im Mitteltal gelegene Kirche im Jahr 1964 renoviert wurde, fand man unter dem Altar die Reste einer einstmals abgebrannten Holzkirche.
