The monastery inn is in the middle of the Raitenhaslach monastery complex. The Raitenhaslach monastery church is more than 800 years old.
The baroque room is built on a Romanesque core and leaves an overwhelming overall impression with its rococo furnishings. In 1806 the former monastery church became the current parish church.
The interior of the church has always been reworked according to the art style of the time. The altars, the frescoes and the cloister with the tomb slabs provide particularly interesting impressions.
The ceiling frescoes by Johann Zick depict the life story of the Cistercian saint Bernhard von Clairvaux. In 1982 the complete restoration of the monastery church, which lasted five years, began. Since that time it has shone more beautifully than ever in a renewed splendour.
