The small, but very fine ice cream parlor in the village center of Ofterschwang offers delicious ice cream handmade from genuine alpine milk from the mountain dairy Hüttenberg. The ice cream is created and produced in cooperation with Massimo Maguolo, who is also known for the popular ice cream parlor "Il Nuovo Gelato" in Sonthofen.
Great value is placed on as many regional ingredients and sustainable products as possible. The high-quality coffee beans come from the small local coffee roaster "Bühler Kaffee". Fairtrade cane sugar and regional coffee cream ensure delicious coffee specialties. The cups are 100% compostable and there are wooden spoons for the conscious customer. Thus the environment is done well for and the plastic waste minimized.
The parlor offers quite unusual varieties in self-creation such as "curd, honey and blossoms", "buttermilk and rose-hip", "tender dark chocolate", "elderberry blossom", "rhubarb kiss" or the extraordinary "mountain cheese" ice cream, which is produced on a milk basis with 15-month riped mountain cheese from the local dairy in Schweineberg. Classic ice creams such as vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, yoghurt, pistachio, hazelnut, etc. are all avaible as well.
