The Harz: a place of pilgrimage for mountain bikers
Challenging ascents, flowy paths and fast downhills are the reason why the Harz is a favorite among mountain bikers. Especially the Upper Harz between Wernigerode, Seesen und Sankt Andreasberg provides sunny and steep hills as well as mysterious forests.
Tours up to the peak of the Brocken are a particularly challenge. The Brockentour start in Wernigerode and leads us via Schierke up to the granite massif. There is also a roundtrip to the Brocken that starts in Schierke.
