Long-distance hikes in Umbria

The St. Francis' way leads from Sant'Ellero near Florence to Assisi and then Rome, passing through Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.

The Benedict path leads from Norcia, the birthplace of the saint, through Umbria and Latium via Subiaco to the mother monastery of the Benedictines: Montecassino.

Escursione ad anello con partenza dal Valico di Fabriano, passando per la cima del Monte Cucco

Anello che parte dalla piazzetta di Montelago, aggirando il Monte Pozzi Frati, e salendo infine sulla cima del Monte Strega.

Percorso abbastanza impegnativo ma appagante, adatto per chi non vuole cimentarsi nella più dura via Macaco.

I Prati di Stroncone (916 m) - M. Macchialunga  (1161 m)

Percorso non segnalato su fondo misto  (strade non asfaltate, sentieri, strada asfaltata) percorribile anche in mountain bike. Presenza di un guado e di una parte con molto fango nei periodi di pioggia. Possibilità di ristoro a Doglio.
