You automatically enter into a trial month when you first sign up for your Pro or Pro+ subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any point within the first 30 days free of charge and all functions and features will remain available to you until the end of the trial month. The trial month will then conclude without any charge.
If you do not cancel your subscription within the 30-day trial month, the cost of the selected subscription will be automatically charged using the payment method you specified when you signed up.
You can buy the Pro and Pro+ subscription, Premium routes and Premium route books as well as the gift voucher for Pro or Pro+ with the payment methods stored in your Outdooractive account. You can find them after registration on our website under “My page” → “Settings” → “Payments and Subscriptions”.
If it's your first time making a purchase, your payment method will be added to your account. On the website, you can purchase all of the content described above using the following payment methods:
Credit Card While submitting an order, the user also supplies the provider with credit card information. You can view and manage your subscription any time on the website by going to “My Page“ → “Settings“ → “Payments and subscriptions“. This is also where you need to be to cancel your subscription if you purchased Pro or Pro+ directly on the website.
If you purchased Pro or Pro+ via the app, you will need to do the following to cancel your subscription:

You can cancel your subscription at any point ahead of its next renewal date. The earliest date that the cancellation takes effect is the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for. This means that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Pro or Pro+ subscription until then.
