What to do if you find an error on the map
We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our maps, but if you do find an error such as an incorrect path or place name, please let us know. We will make the correction as soon as possible.
Please click on the button in the Help Center labeled 'Submit a request' and fill out all fields completely. It would be great if you also attach a screenshot of the error. As soon as you click on 'Submit', your report will be sent to us. We will then acknowledge receipt of your feedback and forward the problem to our cartography department. They will check the error and make any corrections in one of the next map updates.
Good to Know
It is only possible for us to correct map errors within the Outdooractive map. If you find an error in the OpenStreetMap (OSM), you can make a request with their team, the OSM map is a public project, where anyone can provide input and request changes.
All changes that are incorporated into the OSM database by the OSM community will also appear in our OSM maps, after some time.
Changes, corrections, and alterations made to the Outdooractive map will not be immediately visible. Our maps are updated several times a year meaning that new changes only become apparent after a subsequent map update.
