
What do the various error messages mean?
The error messages 403, 404, 500 and 492 indicate different issues. Here we show you what they mean in the context of our platform and offer you possible solutions.
Error message 403
You do not have access to the linked content.
Possible triggers:
- The content had already been published. However, the author has decided to no longer make it available to the public. This may be because, for example, the route is no longer correct or the author wants to revise the description.
- It is unpublished content that you have created yourself or to which you have received a link. Unpublished content can only be viewed when logged in.
- You are trying to access a time-limited or appointment-based offer or event. This message appears as soon as the date is in the past.
Possible solution:
- Log in to your account.
Error message 404
The specified URL does not exist.
Trigger:
- The content you are trying to access has been deleted by the creator.
Error message 500
Our server is temporarily overloaded.
Solution:
- Try to reload the page. If that does not help, wait a few minutes and try again.
Error message 492
Google Play Store error
Trigger:
- This error is related to the Google Play Store, not our app. The Play Store error usually occurs when Google itself is working on the Play Store.
Solution:
- Open the settings on your smartphone.
- Scroll down and open "Apps" or "Application Manager".Search for "Google Play Store" in the "All" category.
- Tap the "Clear data" button as well as "Clear cache".Perform the last step for the "Google Service Framework" application as well.
