Maanmittauslaitos – National Land Survey of Finland
Maanmittauslaitos (MML) or the National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) has existed for over 200 years. It is dedicated to the exploration of geodata. This is because information is the basis for everything and a central component of the activities of the National Land Survey of Finland.
The National Land Survey of Finland (NLS) carries out various types of cadastral surveying such as parcelling and reallocation of land, produces map data and promotes the use of this data. It secures it's Land and Credit System by maintaining appropriate information and taking care of property registration.
The Outdooractive map is based on official geodata. A defined and prepared route network for all activities as well as relevant tourist information from our partners deliver reliable route planning and orientation once you are on site.
Kortforsyníngen, also known as SDFE (Styrelsen for Dataforsyning og Effektivisiering), brings together all the material from Danish maps and geostats. Kortforsyníngen provides access to the most up-to-date raster and vector-based topographic data nationwide.
The history of the Norwegian Cadastral and Land Registry Authority (Kartverket) goes back to 1773. It has always had national responsibility for geographical information, the national property register and all property registration in Norway.
