You can view and manage your subscription any time on the website by going to “My Page“ → “Settings“ → “Payments and subscriptions“. This is also where you need to be to cancel your subscription if you purchased Pro or Pro+ directly on the website.
If you purchased Pro or Pro+ via the app, you will need to do the following to cancel your subscription:
Android: Open the Google Play Store on your smartphone or tablet → tap on the three-bar menu → “Subscriptions“ → tap on the subscription. You can find additional information in the Google Play Help Center.
iOS: Open “Settings“ → “[Your Name]“ → “iTunes & App Store“ → tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen → “View Apple ID“ (you may need to authenticate your Apple ID) → “Subscriptions“ → tap the subscription. For more information, see Apple Support.
You can cancel your subscription at any point ahead of its next renewal date. The earliest date that the cancellation takes effect is the end of the subscription period that has already been paid for. This means that you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of your Pro or Pro+ subscription until then.
