Vom Col de Tentes gut erreichbare Hütte. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Aufstieg zur Brecha de Rolando und den Taillón sowie den Übergang zum Refugio de Góriz. Sehr primitive sanitäre Anlagen.
Auf jeden Fall Stirnlampe mitnehmen, da man oft bei Dunkelheit beide Hände für seine Verrichtungen benötigt (Taschenlampe reicht nicht aus). Nachts sehr wenig Licht auf der Hütte.
