The mountain inn Oberstiegalpe is located at 1,179 m above sea level below the Nagelfluhkette near the Hochgrat.
Vacation in the middle of nature, surrounded by the peaks of the Nagelfluhkette. If you want great service, rustic mountain flair and excellent Bavarian food, stop by the Oberstiegalpe. Terrace and sunbathing lawn invite you to a relaxing break on your hiking tour. If you like it, you can stay overnight.

Public transport

By train to Oberstaufen station, continue via Weissach to Steibis.

Getting there

Drive by car via Oberstaufen-Steibis through the whole town to the valley station of the Hochgratbahn. With at least one overnight stay, access to the Oberstiegalpe is permitted in summer, but subject to a fee.

Parking

Parking is available at the valley station of the Hochgratbahn or, if you stay at least one night, directly at the Oberstiegalpe (access via the toll road for € 8.00).
