Hiking around Loch Lomond

Leave Inversnaid and pass through the RSPB reserve and near Rob Roy's Cave before reaching Inverarnan on an undulating path.  

On this section of the Way the path rises high above the loch giving excellent views of the Arrochar Alps.   

Follow the path along the shore of Loch Lomond to reach Rowardennan.

A traffic-free walking route from Balloch Rail Station to the Loch Lomond Shores complex. It follows the west bank of the River Leven to Loch Lomond.

Over Conic Hill to the shores of Loch Lomond then along the shoreline to Rowardennan hostel.

From the bridge over Loin Water at the head of Loch Long, take a track upstream, to the right of the river.
