Walk from Lewes to the charming village of Alfriston - a real highlight of the South Downs Way. 

A good (8/10) walk over the tracks, fields and woods North of Mayfield. Mayfield is a picturesque and historic village with some interesting independent shops and a great pub/restaurant called Middle House.

A circular walk from Langton Green passing through old byways, woods & fields to Birchden , then across the fields to Groombridge, up through the woods & across fields, good views and in season opportunity to buy fresh asparagus direct from the farm. There is a lovely spread of Bluebells in May as you go through the woods above Groombridge also as you go along the bridle path through the woods below Barrow Lane

A walk on the Southdowns to the sea, taking in views of the Seven Sisters and coast.

An easy walk in the Ouse valley starting at Isfield Church and Ouse riverside towards Barcombe & returning via the Anchor Inn, taking in waterside meadows, woodland and grazing land.
