The Upper Lusatian Mountains inspire with their unique cultural landscape and varied low mountain range with impressive granite mountains, volcanic hilltops, striking sandstone mountains and picturesque valleys at altitudes of 200 to 800 metres. The certified quality hiking trail Oberlausitzer Bergweg runs in six daily stages through the Dreiländereck from Neunkirch to Zittau. The medium-difficulty route is around 114 kilometres long in total.
The individual hiking tours include summit ascents of the Upper Lusatian mountains Bieleboh (499 m), Kottmar (583 m), Valtenberg (587 m), Hochwald (749 m) and Lausche (793 m).
