Hikes in Conwy

A coast to Coast Mountain walk. From Cardiff to Conwy traversing much of the highest, wildest and most scenically beautiful parts of Wales. The route is approximately 479 km (298 miles) with a total ascent of 22,460 m (73,700 ft)

From Great Orme Country Park North Wales, a walk around the headland of Great Orme above Llandudno, with outstanding sea views

British coastline sectional day walk. Caught the train from Llanfairfechan to Bangor and walked back following the route on the map. Free parking next to the station. Stay safe, take the right gear and have a great day out.

 A short bus ride on the Snowdonia Sherpa Bus (S1 Route - takes around 15 mins) brings you to Capel Curig. From here, you will ascend to Llyn Crafnant, a hidden gem missed by many visitors.

British Coastline sectional day walk. Caught the train to Colwyn Bay from Prestatyn and walked back. ATOW there is free parking in Prestatyn station car park IF you buy a ticket for the train journey from the ticket office at the station, otherwise it's a pay and display car park. Numerous cafes, shops etc along the route for refreshments. Beach and sea views for the majority of the routes length. Stay safe, take the right gear and have a great day out.  

From the village of Capel Curig in North Snowdonia, a mixed walk through fields and woodland, with a views of Snowdon from Llynnau Mymbyr

Free roadside car parking on Glan-Y-Mor road behind the cottages. Short walk to the station from here. Stay safe, take the right gear and have a great day out.

Look down on a lonely reservoir while navigating challenging peaks and unforgiving bogs!
