Discover the Rhône Valley

Cyclists make their way through the Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape vineyards. As well as unique scenery, lined with vines and poppy fields, you will be able to stop at local winegrowers and taste wine from the area.

2 stages of the Via Rhôna pass through the Rhône Valley, a chance to discover the richness of this land where Romans, knights (thanks to Mornas Fortress), and popes have left their marks.

The Luberon by bike

Another idea for a long-distance bike ride: the tour of the Luberon can be done in 2 to 7 days. Picturesque roads criss-cross an unrivalled landscape filled with reddish ochres.

For a more gentle route, the Calavon greenway, part of the "Mediterranean by bike" cycle route, offers a dedicated itinerary through the Luberon.

The legendary Mont Ventoux

Mont Ventoux is a challenge perfect for all the daredevils out there.

In 1951, Mont Ventoux was part of the Tour de France course for the first time. It has become one of the race’s most legendary summits.

Criss-cross the loops of the Ventoux with the ‘Espace VTT’ (mountain biking space) created by the French Cycling Federation. The Giant of Provence can also be discovered on a mountain bike or electric bike with the Vaucluse long-distance mountain bike trail. The itinerary, which has 9 stages of 400 km, passes through Vaucluse, leading bikers on beautiful pathways from the Ventoux to the Luberon.
