Quietway 16: Along the Grand Union Canal by Ray

A lovely route along the canal towpath through London. The Hayes to Southall Iron Bridge section hasn't been resurfaced at time of writing, so a bit bumpy and muddy when wet. Otherwise mostly smooth. A few supermarkets are on the path just in case. Arriving at Paddington is handy as can take the train back if too tired, head into London, or can peel off at Little Venice onto the roads over to St Johns Wood and join the Regents Canal, before heading to Limehouse with a stop in Camden Town to enjoy the food market.
