Cross-country ski trails in Samedan

In the wild and romantic Val Roseg near Pontresina, the cross-country skier is surrounded by pure nature.

Engadin La Diagonela is the original course of the cross-country skiing race of the same name in the classic technique "Engadin La Diagonela". The next event will take place on 22.01.2022.

Natur pur Ab Pontresina führt die Rosegtal-Loipe in klassischer Technik und in stiller Natur durch das Val Roseg stetig aufwärts in Richtung Roseg-Gletscher. Die imposanten Gipfel der Oberengadiner Dreitausender bilden dabei die Kulisse dieser Traumloipe, die sich bei schönen Bedingungen bis zum Gletschersee Lej da Vadret verlängern lässt.

A bit into the beautiful Val Roseg is also possible on skating skis.

Weitwandern mal anders Mit seiner Lage zwischen gut 1000 m und bis zu 2000 m gehört das Langlaufgebiet des Engadins zu den höchstgelegenen in der Schweiz. Diese Tour passiert die Highlights der Region, darunter die berühmte Skimarathon-Strecke im Stazerwald bei St. Moritz. Genießer wählen die Tour von Maloja aus abwärts ins Unterengadin, wer Höhenmeter machen will, startet je nach Schneelage von Martina, Ramosch oder Scuol aus in dieses Winterabenteuer.  

Diese mehrtägige Langlauf-Tour führt von Lavin im Unterengadin bis nach Maloja im Oberengadin – dort, wo im März rund 14'000 Langläuferinnen und Langläufer zum Engadin Skimarathon starten.

The little sister of the Engadin La Diagonela, the Engadin La Pachifica, with a distance of 27 km, also starts in Pontresina. Participants run in the classic technique along Samedan airport to S-chanf and enjoy the finish in the historic village centre of Zuoz.

The approximately 7.5 kilometre long circuit trail follows in the footsteps of the women's race Engadin Skimarathon, the river renaturations around the Inn and Flaz and the Engadin Skimarathon. A route for the head and legs!

You don't need a snowboard for cool jumps.
