SCARPA calls Cross Trail the new outdoor sport that bridges the gap between trail running and hiking. The target group for this sport is outdoor sportspeople who like to move at a brisk walking pace through demanding terrain. In addition to fitness and endurance, the focus is on the outdoor experience. The distances for cross trails are usually medium to long and the tours can be extended over several days. In combination with sticks, this activity quickly turns into a good full-body workout.
In cooperation with Tourism Kleinwalsertal and Leki, SCARPA is giving away a package to get to know this new trend sport:
1x Cross Trail weekend in Kleinwalsertal for two people
Per person included:
the new RUSH, SCARPA's new cross trail shoe
1x Cross Trail sticks from Leki
Introduction to Cross Trail on a guided tour with a coach
Accommodation in a local hotel
Catering during the tour
The SCARPA RUSH
The SCARPA RUSH was developed particularly for cross trail and closes the gap between hiking and trail running. The shoe is suitable for fast activities over long distances in any terrain.
The model is sporty but stable and offers excellent comfort. The upper is made of mesh and has PU reinforcements on the sides and a protective toe cap. The tongue is made of light, breathable fabrics and has an integrated pocket for the laces. The Sock-Fit-System guarantees a precise fit and the lining made of stretch material ensures comfort. The sole consists of two different EVA cushioning inserts at the typical pressure points and ensures an optimal rolling movement of the foot. The outsole is based on IKS technology (Interactive Kinetic System) and the midfoot is supported by a TPU heel frame.
The competition runs until May 31, 2020. Legal recourse is excluded.
