Today’s cycle follows the Cornish Way from Bodmin to Mevagissey and provides an intriguing glimpse into the bygone industries of china clay and mining.

This morning you will once again be cycling along the Cornish Way, this time between Mevagissey and Truro.

A ride combines every aspect for which Cornwall is renowned, deep river valleys, beautiful tidal estuaries and amazing coastline. With country lanes that lie between them, then the dramatic coastline of the Veryan and Gerrans Bay. All coupled with tranquil small villages along the route.

This cycle ride gives dramatic views across the Roseland Peninsula and further afield, as well as some amazing coastline, with hidden villages that have changed little over centuries, and wide sandy beaches towered over by huge headlands.

A linear ride incorporating three different ferries, estuary and river views, then the open landscape combined with the wildlife and science of Goonhilly, culminating in the dramatic scenery surrounding the most southerly point on mainland Britain.

A circular cycle ride that takes in two ferry rides and then completes a circuit of the Carrick Roads, via some beautiful wooded valleys. There is history and views throughout, culminating with seascapes as you return towards Trewince Manor.
