The Hamburg-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route starts at the train station of the former Danish city of Altona in Hamburg. The bike path ends after approx. 550 km in the Danish capital Copenhagen.

Since 1994, the 164 km long Ammerland route has made the most beautiful highlights of the Ammerland park landscape accessible to cyclists. It leads over low-traffic and incline-free paths that enable relaxing cycling in the great outdoors.

Rhineland-Palatinate has a share of approx. 318 km on the left side of the Rhine between the border to France in the south and the border to North Rhine-Westphalia in the north and 75 km on the right side of the Rhine as one of the most important European long-distance cycle routes with a length of approx. 1,233 km. With no climbs, the Rhine Cycle Path runs mostly near the banks and almost always on its own paths. The route is signposted throughout with the EuroVelo 15 sign.

In the middle of the breathtaking landscape of the Ahr valley, the | Ahr-Radweg meanders over a length of 77 km from the source of the Ahr to the mouth.
