Price

For up to 2 persons: 55 € / night

For additional guests up to a total of 4 guests (incl. linen and towels): 
20 € / night (Children 1-4 years: 10 €; Children < 1 year: free).

For cleaning we take a one-time charge of 50 € (handover of the apartment is clean swept, dishes must be clean). Line and towels are included in this price. If you bring towels and linen yourself, the charge can be reduced to 35 € (additional persons 15 instead of 20 €).

We reserve our right to abstain from renting the apartment for less then 3 days (does not apply to direct bookings via this website).

From November til March we my be able to offer better conditions than those you can find here. Please send ask for our conditions, if you wish to visit during this time.

Usually, we request an advance payment (20 % of the total price), zahlbar payable to our bank account within 5 work days of booking. The remaining sum must be payed at the latest 4 weeks prior to arrival. If payments are not made on time we reserve our right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation by customers is possible without charge within 48 h after booking, if the arrival date is still at least 4 weeks in the future. For cancellation at least one month before arrival we charge you 20% of the total price. Up to two weeks before arrival we charge you 50%, and after that 90% of the total price.

Please also note that the city of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler requests a guest fee of 3,00 € per Person and night, which is payable in cash upon arrival. In turn, guests receive a guest card, which entitles you to quite a few amenities, among which the most attractive is the right to use public transportation through the Ahrtal free of charge. ATTENTION:

Because of Covid-19 we demand you comply with the valid regulation for tourist vacations in the country of Rheinland-Pfalz. This includes wearing a face mask in community rooms such as the stairway as well as keeping distance and desinfecting hands. Be assured that we ourselves pay strict attention to hygiene matters, too. We are ourselves very much interested in staying healthy as there are two persons with a special risk of severe Covid-19 infections in our family (heart disease and lunge disease). We will also let you know instantly if someone in our household exhibits any symptoms of a cold or other sickness. We would be very much obliged if our guests in turn did so, too. It is also possible that we ask you to check in without personal contact via key box.

We are entitled to restrict entrance to our house, if guests do not obey these rules.

So far, our cancellation conditions remain intact. But: if you or close contact persons of yours (relatives, colleagues) were tested positively on Sars-Cov2 (proof necessary) before your journey, we would refund all payments made to that date. This holds as well, if the journey cannot take place because of official regulations, or if a Covid case in our family causes cancellation.
