All apartments have a balcony or terrace and in both houses there is also a cozy courtyard. Also for the safe accommodation of your vehicle is provided on our land.
Barrier-free is important for you? All apartments in DAUTZENBERG neo are barrier-free - the two upper floors are easily accessible by lift. Even in the historic house, we have made the apartment on the ground floor barrier-free for you.
