Short hike up and down Oarjemus Stubbá in the Muddus National Park. Starts with a bit of forest and protection against mosquitos is strongly advised. As you climb to the top, a wonderful 360 view opens up. It is possible to see snow on hills of Sarek and Stora Sjöfallets on the North-West. On South and South-West a view on the Muddus National Park. No strong difficulty and can be done with children. You may park a couple hundreds meters after the road sign.

The trail starts from the parking lot "Gausjosjö" in the direction of the lakes. After two bridges, the trail goes through a forest and bushes for about an hour. When it has rained a lot the trails are muddy and more difficult to walk through the dense bushes. After about three quarters of an hour you reach the old Sami village. After that the trail continues to wind through the forest until after about another half hour the stony plateau begins. At the top you will find Sotsbäckgrottan on the left side of the trail. We went a little bit further to get some nice views.
